John co-founded Compass Search Partners, LLC in 2013 after a successful 20 plus year career in surgical device and biotechnology sales and sales management. He is one of a select few owners of an executive search firm who actually has a proven and documented track record of hiring top performers in marketing, product management, sales and sales management. He knows first hand how important it is to not only hire the best available talent, but to hire the right cultural fit for your organization. Just as importantly, he understands that your next hire not only reflects on you professionally and financially- but personally as well. John is a native of Cleveland, Ohio where he lives with his wife of 25 years, Becky, and their three sons - Evan, Aidan and Mclain. He is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, LA where he earned a BA degree in Political Economics and History.
