In 2016, I joined a global manufacturing organization with over 50,000 employees across 15+ countries based in Madrid, where I played a pivotal role in talent and organizational development across multiple regions and business units. In my most recent role as an HR consultant, I have successfully supported our clients addressing a wide range of HR challenges in executive search, leadership development, employee engagement, and talent management.
