Cherise Comma is currently a Senior Associate at The Bowdoin Group. In her role, she is responsible for providing operational support with Bowdoin’s Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) services and Team Expansion.

Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, Cherise spent 3 years at Boston Medical Center as a TA Project Onboarding Specialist and most recently has been a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the May Institute. She has experience scheduling large group interviews, working in multiple ATS systems, sourcing candidates, onboarding, recruiting and ultimately ensuring both candidates and managers have an excellent experience throughout the process.

Cherise earned her undergraduate degree from Centre College in Anthropology/Sociology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, sewing, listening to a variety of music and cooking authentic Trinidadian food.
