Jeanne Pow is an experienced HR professional with more than 16 years’ experience in the education sector. She embarked on her executive search career in 2018 when she joined TRANSEARCH Malaysia servicing clients in the chemical, consumer, retail and manufacturing sectors. She completed assignments for functional heads across HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing and Manufacturing verticals. Jeanne started her career as a HR professional with a private education institution owned by a Malaysian conglomerate. She took on the role as Registrar and was posted to China for 3.5 years. She returned to Malaysia and joined Taylor’s College, a private premier education institution, and stayed for 10 years with her last held position being Human Resource Manager Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Organisational Behavior and Human Resource Management & Marketing from Griffith University, Australia. She is conversant in Mandarin and enjoys watching movies, reading and volunteering at the animal shelter.
