Simon has over 20 years executive search experience, combined with 12 years working in the energy, transport and M&A sectors for Baker Hughes & ABB. He has a Geology degree and MBA. Simon has extensive international experience working in both OECD and emerging markets, ranging from the Fortune 500 to SMEs and private equity backed companies. This breadth of experience allows Simon to bring a strong pragmatic focus, and he has a particular specialisation in the Nordic markets and ESG.
