Marykate Martin serves as Managing Director in our New York office. She brings over eleven years of executive search experience with a broad range of clients globally covering the investment, financial services and banking industries. Her area of search expertise includes Investment Banking, Private Debt & Private Equity. Through her deep relationships in financial services, she has partnered with and placed Heads of Global businesses, Managing directors and senior level talent. She has focused on providing bespoke service and solutions for her clients with targeted hires and team buildouts. Prior to joining Ridgeway Partners, Ms. Martin served in a similar capacity at A-L Associates, a boutique executive search firm in NYC. Ms. Martin attended Lasell College and is an active and passionate animal rescue advocate.
