He specialises in placing current and former strategy consultants and M&A advisory professionals into the Industrial, Energy and Business Services sectors. Max is committed to a collaborative approach in order to develop authentic relationships with clients and candidates, built on trust, straightforwardness and understanding. Through his meaningful communication and understanding, Max ensures that the right candidate is placed successfully every time. Before Dartmouth, Max worked for a specialist boutique search firm for the built environment and continues to place associate to director level talent across this sector. Outside of the office, Max is an active, social and sporty person who enjoys spending his weekends playing and watching rugby and golf as well as spending time with friends and family.
