Holger Kasper has been working in personnel consulting since the start of his career. Since 2019, he has been part of the LAB & Company team as a Senior Consultant, now a Principal. Previously, Holger Kasper gained experience in personnel consulting at other national and international companies. In addition to his role as Head of Research, he was responsible for process and project management, among other things. Continuously optimizing processes in the recruitment projects we support is therefore second nature to him. As a principal, he currently focuses primarily on the energy, mobility, and infrastructure sectors. Clients and candidates particularly appreciate his calm and objective manner. Holger Kasper holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Passau in German language and literature as well as French linguistics. In his free time, Holger Kasper meets up with friends to cook together and also enjoys going to the cinema. He finds a physical balance to his work at a fitness club in Düsseldorf.
