Michelle has been recruiting senior leaders in the public sector for over 12 years, initially as a Researcher before becoming a consultant in 2014. Michelle is experienced in both Executive and Non-Executive board roles, and has worked nationally across providers, Systems, the private and not-for-profit sectors and regulation. She has a strong interest in diversity and inclusion and has led work on our Insight Programme and she is currently a Vice Chair of our Disability Affinity Group.
