Rui is the founding partner and head of the firm's practice in Portugal since 2001. With more than 30 years of business experience, he held several executive positions in domestic and multinational organizations, in sectors like Insurance, Professional Services and Management Consulting, before starting his career in Executive Search, where he has conducted many engagements for C-level executives across sectors and geographies. Rui is also Co-founder and currently serves as President of INAC - Global Executive Search. Legal studies in Lisbon Law University and Executive Business Management in AESE/IESE. Served as Board member in a variety of Human Resources and Management Professional Associations at a Portuguese and European level. Fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish. Good French.
