Cristina Staiculescu

Cristina Staiculescu is a Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Bucharest, Romania. Ms. Staiculescu has 20 years of executive experience in communication, public affairs, and CSR, working in highly competitive and regulated environments. She served as Head of Corporate Communications & CSR and Head of Public Affairs, Member of the Management Committee in companies within the Telecom and Financial sectors in Romania. She started her career as a Legal Advisor with the Romanian Public Television and was subsequently appointed as the Director of Communication and International Relations. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Staiculescu founded and led a career / solution focused coaching practice, partnering with top clients, including leading professional services firms, business process management companies, and Romanian market leaders.

Ms. Staiculescu has a Master’s degree in Business Communication and Public Relations from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and graduated the Nicolae Titulescu Institute in Bucharest with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and International Relations. She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach and a Process Communication Model Trainer. In addition to her native Romanian, Ms. Staiculescu is fluent in English and Italian and has a basic knowledge of French.
