Tanja Albers is a Partner with our EMEA In-House Counsel Practice. She opened our Amsterdam office in 2016 and has been instrumental in growing and developing it further. Since 2004, Tanja has worked on a wide variety of in-house placements, specialising in general counsel and senior-level legal and compliance searches internationally for multinational corporations. Tanja consults and partners with these multinationals, not only focusing on recruitment but also on the retention of their in-house legal departments across EMEA and globally. She has placed hundreds of lawyers and compliance professionals covering the full spectrum of practice areas. She enjoys the interaction with clients and candidates and is consistently recognized for the excellent level of service she provides them. Tanja also works closely with our market-leading teams across offices in EMEA, the US, Asia and Australia to ensure we provide best-in-class service and our clients are being matched with the best candidates to fill critical and strategic positions within their organizations.
