Puneet Pratap Singh is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ India based in the New Delhi office and a member of the Financial Services, Private Equity, and Venture Capital practices in Asia Pacific. He focuses on senior-level searches in the consumer banking, insurance, asset management, wealth management, and equity sectors across India.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Puneet was with a leading executive search boutique firm in India where he played an integral role in building up the firm. As a partner and member of their senior management team, he helped build business growth in multiple sectors through his long-standing client relationships. During this period, he supported more than 50 global and Indian clients and personally facilitated multiple searches at different growth phases and in various business situations.

Prior to that, Puneet managed projects and hiring at a large global financial services institution. He also completed several compensation studies for his global clients in insurance, private equity, asset management and offshoring. In addition, Puneet worked with a large multi-interest privately held company in a leadership capacity before moving into executive search.
