Thorsten has over 25 years of industry experience. He has served as Managing Director in Germany and France and has held responsibilities for global sales and production sites on all continents. Thorsten began his professional career in 1996 at the French sales subsidiary of the German WIKA Group. Until 2019, he held various management positions within the group in the areas of sales and marketing, R&D, supply chain management, and production. He led and restructured international business units with a turnover of up to €200 million. Under his responsibility, major production relocations from Germany to Poland and India took place, as well as the post-merger integration and restructuring of several company acquisitions in Italy, France, and India. From 2017, he initiated and led WIKA's IoT activities and was interim Managing Director of technology start-ups in France. Since 2020, Thorsten Seefried has been an independent consultant and interim manager for industrial companies. In this capacity, he successfully completed several projects in the areas of turnaround and mergers & acquisitions, integration and post-merger restructuring in France, Germany and Italy. At Exec Avenue and as Director of the Frankfurt Office, Thorsten brings over 20 years of operational experience in leading change and addressing the challenges associated with it. Organizational and management development, as well as cross-cultural mediation and recruitment, have always been his strengths.
