Julian joined Leaders International (Formerly Davies Park) in the summer of 2015 after completing his BA in Industrial Relations at McGill University. As an integral part of our Vancouver team, Julian brings a polished and professional voice to each search. He is responsible for ensuring key search assignments are executed according to timelines, and with the utmost efficiency and quality. He assigns the appropriate associate and search assistant to work on each search, and directs the overall search strategy. Julian is proficient in French and Spanish, and you can expect to have a conversation with him about soccer or travel when he is not focused on the task at hand.
