Kevin has recruited more than 250 senior financial executives over the course of his career, including over 110 CFOs for private equity-owned companies. Kevin began his career in the executive search industry with Korn Ferry, spending almost twenty years with the firm, starting as a Research Associate and advancing to Senior Partner. During his time with Korn Ferry, he was a charter member of the firm’s CFO Practice, supported the Board Services practice placing CFOs on the boards of major corporations, and had multiple CFO placements at the Fortune 1000 level. His clients now include many of the top performing funds in the middle market segment of private equity. In recent years, his CFO search work has spanned a variety of industries, including Industrial and Consumer Manufacturing, Chemicals, Software/SaaS, Healthcare Services and Technology, B2B Services, B2C Services, Action Sports and Outdoor Products. A graduate of Northwestern University and longtime resident of the Chicagoland area, Kevin now works out of Ventura’s Los Angeles and Chicago offices. He played sports at Northwestern where he captained the varsity soccer team.
