Ms. O'Neil brings to Korn Ferry nearly a decade of experience in leadership development with a focus on executive coaching and assessment for development and succession. Her clients span global Fortune 50 to mid-size companies and cross several sectors, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, retail and consumer goods, manufacturing, and non-profits.

Previous to this role, she was a program manager where she was responsible for creating program and workshop materials, delivering educational programs on-site, managing budgets, and providing logistical support—all while meeting strict deadlines.

Ms. O'Neil brings a broad and global perspective to consulting from early career experience in program development and management of complex programs for large international companies and universities. Ms. O'Neil has experience in marketing, project management, communications, organizational development, performance consulting, course development, training delivery, and human resources.

Ms. O'Neil excels at problem solving, systems administration, technical writing and editing, teaching and outreach, client delivery, presentation development, and analysis.
She is certified to deliver Decision Styles, via EDGETM, Voices®, the Hogan suite of assessments, Enspire's Executive Challenge™, and several other professional development programs.

Ms. O'Neil has a bachelor of arts degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Fort Lewis College.
