With a broad range of expertise in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, budgeting, process improvements, and controls for private and public companies, Mike helps clients assess and improve their finance and accounting functions. With nearly 20 years of experience as a CFO, controller, and senior consultant, Mike currently serves as the CFO for several high growth companies and provides litigation support and accounting-related consulting services.

Mike began his career with a large accounting firm and then transitioned to developing and managing accounting, reporting, and finances for private and publicly traded pharmaceutical and bio-tech companies. He has been responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting, including transactional accounting, financial and management reporting, processes, internal controls, and systems. He has also worked with and managed teams within the human resources and information technology departments and has been instrumental in creating internal control policies and compliance programs for these functional areas.
