Steve originally joined WorldBridge Partners Banking team in Nov 2006 – and has recently re-joined WorldBridge Partners in August of 2018 and specializes in serving midwestern banks between $100MM and over $1 Trillion in ssets. Steve works very hard to bring the right people to the table - at the right time. His method is simple: He makes a lot of phone calls, talks to bankers all over the Midwest to see how he can bring value. Those calls are very confidential, as well as fun, up-beat and informative. Steve uses superior consultative selling skills to identify, qualify and recruit top talent for client banks. Steve attended the University of Minnesota and majored in Broadcast Production. He worked in Business to Business Advertising in Minneapolis and Omaha for 20 years before becoming a recruiter. He enjoys golf and swimming - and chasing his 4 children.
