I have more than 35 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry and I held various positions from R&D to Sales, Marketing etc. I have been a Country Manager for the last 19 years and that within major Pharmaceutical Companies, from medium to large size organizations ( more than 850 people). I am skilled and passionate about recruitment and the design of an organisation within a team or whole company. I am also the former President of the Pharma Trade Association in several countries where I was given the opportunity to work with many different Companies and top level Government Officials.
