After operational experience within the Bouygues Group, he joined a major Anglo-Saxon player in the recruitment sector. First Consultant for the Industry and Services sectors, as Executive Manager, he specializes in the Real Estate and Construction trades for nearly 8 years. After a period in the United Kingdom, he returned to France and founded VAUBAN by joining forces with the Partners of ELZEAR, an executive search firm renowned for its know-how in France and internationally.
