Sarah specializes in recruiting senior risk and controls talent across the broad financial services spectrum and other industries. Her portfolio of work includes chief risk officers, chief credit officers, chief controls officers, chief information security officers, and chief climate risk officers.

While her focus has been on financial services clients, including banks, asset managers, fintechs, and insurance, Sarah also has experience recruiting top control and risk talent across the healthcare, industrial, and technology sectors. Her expertise in climate risk has positioned her as a trusted advisor to executives in the sustainable finance domain.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Sarah worked for TD Bank, initially supporting the asset management business and then the wholesale banking division.
