Grant consistently demonstrates value for his clients by finding high-calibre talent they often cannot find themselves, and bringing highly regarded, passive candidates to the negotiation table.

Fondly referred to by the TOM team as 'the G', Grant is passionate about TOM, its people, and its resolute focus on delighting customers. Recognised for his empathy and ability to make people feel comfortable and supported. Grant loves spending time with positive people, including his wife and three children. He enjoys paddling, pilates, and meditation to stay sane — and to balance his other passion: eating. He's also a die-hard Tottenham Hotspur fan.

If Grant could spend a year learning a new skill, it would be: learning to cook really well and mastering the art of meditation.
