Olivia specialises in the Mining sector where she particularly focuses on technologies used to optimise and create a mining industry which is much more efficient, greener, and safer, ultimately having less impact on the environment. Olivia works with large mining organisations predominantly based in EMEA or the Americas, she recruits for a wide range or roles, some of which include engineering, sales, key account managers and even more senior roles, such as Vice Presidents and General Managers. “I love forming and building relationships with clients and candidates, effectively sourcing the best people for the role, and my clients. I believe building rapport and developing a strong understanding of my clients needs and what they seek in new talent are a key part of my role and this is something I do with confidence.” Olivia is a Graduate with a BA Honours Degree in Sociology, she is passionate about the mining sector and supporting her clients and candidates with all elements of the recruitment process.
