Jeremy Mobbs co-founded Wilton & Bain in 2001 with a vision to establish the premier human capital advisory firm focused on the technology and professional services industries. As Co-CEO, Jeremy played a pivotal role in scaling the business from a modest two-person startup into the top-rated human capital advisory firm within its specialised sectors. Under his leadership, Wilton & Bain expanded globally. Not only in establishing five offices worldwide but consistently ranking in the prestigious Sunday Times Fast Track 100 list of fastest-growing UK private firms. In 2017, Wilton & Bain underwent a significant transformation. This was in the form of a private equity investment and management buyout (MBO). This led Jeremy to transition from Co-CEO to assume leadership of the new board. Furthermore, post-2017, Jeremy has continued to drive growth and innovation by spearheading new ventures. These businesses include Jackson Lombard, Sario Partners, Caspar Alexander, and Maison Margaux. Jeremy now serves on the board of each organisation alongside his work with Wilton & Bain. Jeremy’s educational background includes earning a Distinction in Economics from Birmingham University. This provided him with a solid foundation in economic principles that complement his strategic leadership role in business.
