Carol has 18 years of executive search experience. She has successfully partnered clients ranging from Fortune 500 multinational companies to smaller organisations across a wide range of industries including technology, industrial, financial services, life sciences and consumer goods. Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Carol was a Director / Equity Partner in the oldest local executive search firm in Singapore which represented Amrop. She was also a Search Director at IIC Partners. A Singaporean, Carol has lived and worked in Greater China where as an entrepreneur she founded her own executive search firm in Taipei and built it into the most successful startup within the executive search field in Taiwan. She then expanded the business to Hong Kong, Hsinchu, Shanghai and Singapore. Her search coverage has been on local, regional and global levels for roles based in Asia Pacific and the United States. Carol graduated from the City University of New York with an Executive Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology.
