Ian Ladkin is the Managing Partner of our UK office and Head of the Accounting division at Carlyle Kingswood Global. He has nearly thirty years of search experience covering three continents. Based in the UK, Ian has gained extensive experience in North America, Australia and Asia. Ian began his executive search career in the legal profession in the UK, before moving into the Accounting and Advisory space specialising in introducing Partners with transportable portfolios, the acquisition of teams, and small firms. Over his career, Ian has operated at a senior level within some of the world’s largest specialist recruitment organisations as well as boutique search firms. His hands-on, client focused approach allows him to actually partner with clients, rather than purely recruit for them, adding value and market knowledge on an on-going basis. Ian has operational responsibilities across a number of CKG offices.
