Estefania was born in Cochabamba, Bolivia. She is a Psychologist with a diploma in organizational psychology. Her work experience is oriented to the implementation of human talent projects, which start from an effective search and selection of personnel, and focus on their strengthening and continuous development; in private, public and international cooperation organizations. She has experience in HeadHunting processes, interviews, application of psycho-technical tests, analysis and development of reports, also she worked doing massive selection for personnel hiring process and database elaboration. What attracts her the most of being part of Oxford HR, is to look for people who can develop their skills in positions where they can grow as a person and professionally and to be part of a supportive and diverse team.
