Nicola is a Consultant on the Credit team at Dartmouth Partners. Prior to joining Dartmouth, Nicola worked at a large Financial Services recruitment agency for over five years where she specialised in mandates within Credit Risk across Corporate, Commercial, Retail, and Fintech clients. Nicola has industry experience to further compliment her background namely during her time as a Credit Analyst with Allied Irish Banks (AIB) where she was heavily involved in deleveraging and restructuring a large loan book. With her background and exposure, specialising in Credit was a natural fit for her. In her spare time, Nicola can be found living the high life exploring city farms, discovering new soft play hotspots or glamorous group play dates and going on adventures with her family.
