Craig D. Macdonald is the President of Corporate Strategies Search in Seattle, Washington. Craig brings more than 30 years of executive search experience in the Pacific Northwest and nationally. Before beginning his independent search career, Craig spent 6 years in Human Resources with Weyerhaeuser Company in both the South and at corporate headquarters in Federal Way, WA. Craig has done successful searches for clients, many of whom have partnered with him for more than 20 years, in wood products, pulp and paper, manufacturing, construction, real estate, construction, food service, retail, technology and non-profits/Associations. More recently Craig has developed a specialty in consulting with Boards of Directors on CEO/Executive Director searches in the non-profit sector. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant and a member of the International Retained Search Associates.
