Felix joined Venari Partners in 2025 to drive the growth of the firm. He began his career in 2004 with Marks Sattin before advancing into senior leadership roles with Investigo and then Badenoch & Clark. In 2016, he founded Agora Talent and developed a personal brand as a headhunter in venture capital and growth equity with a particular focus on the consumer sectors. During his eight years at the company, he executed searches across Europe and the U.S. Having grown up in the shadow of Eden Park in New Zealand, Felix is a lifelong supporter of the All Blacks and the Blues Super Rugby team. He is also a passionate cricket fan and a member of Marylebone Cricket Club.
