He has an extensive track-record of supporting key clients in the acquisition of leadership talent, and has a particular interest in helping clients to innovate and disrupt the industries in which they work. Andy has a consultative and transparent style that enables him to build trusted relationships and add value. He has worked extensively throughout EMEA and North America, and is responsible for managing and developing a number of Bailey Montagu's key client accounts.
