I started at Venn Group just over 3 years ago after graduating from Edge Hill University in 2018 with no recruitment experience. I was fortunate enough to work alongside and learn from a well-established housing management team who I worked with for 3 years before I moved over to our North Local Government team. I now specialise in placing Local Government professionals across the North. Although we are a relatively new team, Venn Group have been placing candidates into Local Government contracts for over 20 years so we are utilising that experience and building very quickly!

At Venn Group I really value the team ethic. When I was looking to get into recruitment, the focus on team work set Venn Group aside from others and I’m glad I made the decision that I did!

Outside of work I like to travel about to new places when I can. As much as I love Manchester, a break from the rain is always nice!
