Ms. Johnson has specific expertise in Chief Accounting Officer / Corporate Controller searches, as well as other members of the CFO’s leadership team, with an eye towards future CFO succession. She also previously led the Financial Officers Practice Associate Council and helps with identifying the best resources to meet clients’ needs. Ms. Johnson joined Korn Ferry as a Senior Associate from another global executive search firm, where she was a member of their Financial Officers Practice working across all markets, including Consumer and Industrial sectors. Prior to transitioning to executive search, Ms. Johnson spent ten years working in higher education as a leader and career coach for M.B.A. and law students. Ms. Johnson earned her B.A. from Boston University and her M.A. from the University of St. Thomas. She currently serves on the Development Committee for Clare Housing, a local nonprofit that helps address homelessness for Minnesotans living with HIV.
