She has taught foreign languages and cultural awareness to executives as well as prepared ex-pats for employment in foreign countries. Kristina has a Bachelor degree in Business Management from Columbia University in NY and is fluent in five languages. As a Search Consultant with Madison MacArthur for many years and now The ExeQfind Group, Kristina delivers excellent client service across a range of roles and industry sectors. One specialized recruitment area that she focuses on is in the manufacturing industry, especially as it pertains to foreign enterprises. With her unique blend of language skills and cultural awareness she has supported the onboarding of executives with her understand of the nuances of working with offshore parent companies. Kristina is located in our New York office and sits on multiple Boards in the US. When not working, she enjoys engaging in lively debates with her son and daughter who, both being Attorney's, keep her on her toes.
