Before establishing her career in Executive Search, she previously worked with Accenture for over twenty years, where she was a Partner. Ms. Paniagua holds a degree in Chemistry and ABMP (Advance Business Management Program) from Kellogg (Northwestern University). She speaks native Spanish, and is fluent in English.
