She joined u&u in 2024, having previously worked for a global search and advisory firm and within boutique executive search environments. As Senior Associate, Corporate Affairs and Communications, she is currently leading the Melbourne practice for the Corporate Affairs and Communications disciplines, supporting u&u in their growing service offering across Australia. Majella brings 9+ years’ of experience in the corporate affairs and communications discipline, having developed and nurtured deep relationships with senior and executive talent in this specialist area. She has a track record in the delivery of senior management and executive search assignments across Australia and the broader APAC region. Majella supports clients to identify and source the best leaders. She stays across global trends and structure changes in corporate affairs and communications to provide valuable insight and solutions to clients. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University.
