As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Orchard, Nick supports operational recruitment across the Mental Health and Child, Youth and Family sectors. Drawing on clinical and operational experience, he partners with organisations to identify and appoint high performing leaders and specialist talent. Nick's focus is on helping organisations build teams that are resilient, engaged and equipped to deliver quality services in complex, evolving environments. With a background as a Physiotherapist, Nick built and managed a multi-site allied health business with five locations and a team of eight, delivering Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services to veterans, people with disability and local communities. This experience provided practical insight into managing teams, overseeing operations and delivering healthcare across multiple sites. Nick now applies this clinical, operational and commercial experience to support organisations in building capable teams that provide essential services to their communities.
