Kevin Wallis is the Managing Partner for AIMS International Australia based in the Sydney office. Executive Search, Selection and Leadership Development have been his focus for the past 22 years.

Before establishing AIMS International in Australia, Kevin spent 10 years with the Swedish based retained recruitment business Mercuri Urval. Prior to that, Kevin’s career was in Sales, Marketing and General Management with the Galore Group, Alesco Corporation and Ceramco New Zealand.

Over the last 22 years Kevin has developed specialised experience in talent acquisition and resource planning with a wide variety of clients across several industries. He has developed a number of Executive and Middle Management Leadership programs which have become strategic tools of his clients. His wide knowledge of Australian leaders across the FMCG, Industrial and Healthcare markets has enabled him to successfully build competitive advantages for his clients.

Kevin Wallis has a Bachelor of Management (NZ) and a Master of Business Administration (UNSW). He is an avid sportsman – coaching rugby union, playing golf and competing in endurance events.
