Karen Hoffman is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Feldman Daxon Partners. She brings over 10 years’ experience supporting, advising, and partnering with transitioning individuals from diverse backgrounds in both the not-for-profit and private sectors. Karen applies coaching and counselling principles while collaborating with senior leaders, directors, and managers, helping individuals explore, target, and achieve personal and professional growth. Karen facilitates highly engaging seminars and is passionate about possibilities and the development of individual potential. Backed by progressive experience in HR consulting firms, Karen has well-developed strengths in team building, talent management, workplace restoration, career planning, transition, exploration, facilitation, and assessments. As a lifelong learner, Karen continues to develop professionally. She received her coach training through the International Coach Federation’s accredited Coaches Training Institute. Karen holds an honours diploma in Career and Work Counselling and has over 10 years of study in Psychology. She is currently completing a certificate in Adult Learning Principles and has reached Level 5 in American Sign Language studies. As an assessment enthusiast, Karen is a certified practitioner in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (Levels I & II), Strong Interest Inventory, and Personality Dimensions. She is also a member of the Career Professionals of Canada and is a certified resume strategist. Karen gives back to the community by supporting recent graduates and young professionals as they embark on their journey into a competitive workforce.
