With more than 30 years of experience in recruitment, Alicia possesses expertise in multiple disciplines and a consultative approach that is solutions-focused and ensures the right solutions are developed and implemented to fit each unique organization. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder. Alicia worked for Booz Allen for 15 years, along with several years at small government contracting organizations before joining Foxhound. She is also the treasurer of her local housing community and a YMCA board member. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, yoga, swimming and traveling.
