Mr. Gusdorf brings 10 years of experience in search and assessments for professional services, technology and digital (both pure players and brick & mortars) companies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has completed many engagements helping organizations attract, assess and retain their leadership teams for private, quoted and PE backed companies.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gusdorf has worked with market leaders across France & Europe at companies such as Microsoft, HP, Orange Group and Capgemini.

Operating within technology & commercial functions, he has recruited within a number of job families including applications, infrastructure and program management as well as across a variety of commercial, sales & marketing leadership positions at both an account and regional basis.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Gusdorf began his career in a French recruitment consulting firm. He led recruitment projects for software and telecommunications companies.

He graduated from Reims Management School in 2005.

Mr. Gusdorf is fluent in English and French.
