Will is an Associate Consultant in Saxton Bampfylde’s Board Practice, having previously worked in the firm’s Arts, Culture and Creative Industries Practice. He joined the firm as a Researcher in 2022 and later became co-Team Leader, overseeing our team of over 30 researchers. Will previously worked for two global executive search firms, where he focused on non-executive appointments. Previously, Will was Senior Parliamentary Assistant to two MPs and later ran the Private Office of the Former Solicitor-General of India. In his earlier career, he worked as a talent agent, representing actors in film, TV and theatre. Will holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from Goldsmiths and an MA in Contemporary British History from King’s College London.
