Simon started his recruitment career in 1995 initially in Birmingham where he built a track record for recruiting FDs. Since 2000 he has had a focus on SMEs and PE-backed businesses and since joining Directorbank in 2009 has completed searches at Board level across Chair, NED, CEO, CFO, COO and HRD positions in a variety of sectors, in particular Industrial and Business Services. Simon is one of the shareholders of Directorbank following the MBO in April 2017.
