With nearly five years in recruitment, he has developed a strong focus within the Consumer and Energy sectors – partnering with both lower- and mid-market funds as well as larger, multi-asset firms across the U.S. He focuses on search execution for strategic and executive hires at the portfolio company level, supporting PE clients in building out high-performing leadership teams. Bobby approaches every client and candidate relationship as a long-term partnership, built on trust, transparency, and deep market understanding. Before joining Dartmouth Partners, Bobby helped scale recruitment delivery and the overall client base for a U.S.-based staffing and executive search firm across a variety of corporate verticals, including Accounting & Finance – partnering with both Private Equity–backed and publicly traded organizations. Raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Bobby studied English Writing and Political Science at DePauw University in Indiana, where he played football and participated in campus sports media. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, reading history books, and hiking with his fiancée and their dog, Pumba.
