He is a qualified accountant who is an independent businessman by nature. He returned to the corporate environment in 2005 utilising his knowledge and expertise most recently with AIM listed recruitment business. His role of Managing Director saw him develop a successful contingent professional staffing business, a Retained Executive Search offering and Education recruitment provider. He is a founding Director of Bailey Montagu Executive Search. An organisation which was formed in 2010 in response to the group strategy for growth by an AIM listed recruitment business. Nigel has expertise of working with SME’s and Private Equity investment portfolio businesses to provide transformational leadership teams. Now the Managing Director of Bailey Montagu Ltd, he has been part of a successful management buyout leading to the independence of the company.
