Rachel is a Principal at BraddockMatthews and has nearly 15 years of combined finance and executive search experience. Rachel joined BraddockMatthews from Grace Point Partners, another leading retained executive search firm focused on the asset management industry. Prior to Grace Point, Rachel was a member of an industry-leading team that focused in the marketing, sales, and distribution space at another large search firm. Before transitioning to executive search, Rachel spent over ten years as a capital raising and investment banking professional. She was a senior member of the business development team at IFM Investors, an $80 billion Australian-based asset manager, where she led the fundraising and investor relations efforts for the Global Infrastructure Private Equity Fund. Prior to this, she spent five years at Credit Suisse, in both London and New York, in Capital Markets and later, in a strategy role. Rachel began her career at Merrill Lynch as an investment banker within Equity Capital Markets. Rachel holds a B.A. from Amherst College, where she was also a member of the varsity swim team.
