Vicki also has the acumen to recruit for more granular competencies such as e-commerce, SaaS, fiber infrastructure, fintech, mobility, supply chain, cybersecurity, and data analytics. Vicki’s 15 years of sales and management success in telecommunications contribute to her in-depth knowledge of the industry and ability to develop a keen sense of a company’s culture to ensure candidates are a strong fit from every perspective. Previously, Vicki served as a managing director with Technology Executive Group. Early in her career, she held sales and management positions with Intermedia Communications, Sprint, MCI, and Cable & Wireless, receiving numerous awards for her high performance and success building new teams from the ground up. Even outside of work, Vicki is a mover and doer. She enjoys staying active by golfing with her husband, entertaining friends, and running and walking with (and without) her dog.
