Thanks to my many years of professional experience in an international corporation and the close cooperation with our business partners, I quickly understand complex profiles and the various customer requirements. Openness and curiosity drive me to constantly expand my knowledge and develop myself personally. I see challenges as opportunities and am ready to do my best to ensure the success of our customers and candidates. As one of the few women who successfully completed her studies at the renowned Vienna University of Technology, I learned early on how to assert myself in a challenging environment. Personal contact with other people was always important to me. After 15 years at IBM, I decided to look for my path in personnel consulting - a decision that fulfills me every day.
