Having spent the last 10 years in a range of internal Talent Acquisition environments, Alex has considerable experience supporting businesses identify and secure specialist talent. The bulk of Alex’ experience has been in talent-short markets where there has been an emphasis on ensuring excellent candidate experience and positive outcomes for clients. Originally from Melbourne, Alex has spent 14 years in the US and New Zealand and returned home in 2018 to support Tandem Partners in the delivery of mid to senior-level HR appointments.
